Dear Heritage Community,

It is with great enthusiasm and pride that I introduce myself to you as the new principal of Heritage Elementary School. My name is Adam Domski, and I bring with me 21 years of public education experience in the state of Delaware. I am deeply honored to join this vibrant learning community and excited to collaborate with students, families, and staff as we work together to support the success of every child.

My professional journey has been driven by a strong belief in the power of relationships, teamwork, and equity. Whether I’m supporting teachers through instructional coaching, working with families to navigate challenges, or leading efforts to improve schoolwide systems, my goal is always to help create an environment where every student feels seen, supported, and empowered to succeed.

As I begin this new chapter at Heritage Elementary, I am eager to listen, learn, and grow alongside all of you. Together, I believe we can build on the school’s many strengths and continue to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and community.
